Researchers from TRANSrisk partner BC3 have developed an interesting paper on the mitigation implications of an ice-free summer in the Arctic Ocean!

TRANSrisk BC3 partners, Mikel González-Eguino and Marc B. Neumann, have published a paper in the journal Climatic Change, entitled "Significant implications of permafrost thawing for climate change control".
