Comparisons of transition pathways and decision support tools

TRANSrisk partner National Technical University of Athens, has contributed in an interesting paper entitled “Risk-based analysis and policy implications for renewable energy investments in Greece”.

TRANSrisk partners ETH, NTUA and SPRU have developed an interesting paper entitled "Framing risks and uncertainties associated with low-carbon pathways".

TRANSrisk and SET-Nav co-organised the Regional Workshop "Decarbonising our energy system - Transformation pathways, policies and markets, with spotlight on Greece" on 16^th November 2018 at the Electra Metropolis Hotel at 15 Mitropoleos street, 10557 in Athens, Greec

TRANSrisk hosted its Policy Lunch "Paris in Practice: Understanding the Risks and Uncertainties" on November 6^th 2018 in Brussels, Belgium. The event summarised the work carried out in the 3 years of TRANSrisk's implementation and presented its major outcomes.

TRANSrisk partner NTUA participated in the 18^th IFAC Conference on Technology, Culture and International Stability held on 13-15 September 2018, in Baku, Azerbaidschan.

TRANSrisk results on a delay-based Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping approach of expert views on low-carbon transition strategies for the Dutch solar sector were promoted through a presentation along with a relevant paper.

TRANSrisk organised the scientific workshop "Exploring Risks and Implications of different Energy and Climate Policy Scenarios towards 2050: Methods, tools and models" in the 7^th International Symposium & 29^th National Conference on Operational Resarch.

TRANSrisk partner Institute for Structural Research (IBS) organised a stakeholder workshop regarding the potential low-carbon transition pathways in Poland, on the 12^th of October 2017, in the Conference Center “Ogrodowa 58” in Warsaw, Poland

TRANSrisk workshop "Modelling of Innovation Policy Options" took place on the 10^th -  12^th of October 2017, in Warsaw, Poland

TRANSrisk organised the panel session "Rethinking Risk and Transition Pathways" in the "Energy for Society: 1^st International Conference on Energy Research & Social Science" ESA RN12 Environment and Society Midterm Conference, which was held on 2-5 April 2017, at Melia Sitges in Spain.
