TRANSrisk partner BC3, Basque Centre for Climate Change has developed an interesting paper entitled Mitigation implications of an ice-free summer in the Arctic Ocean.
The study explores how different scenarios of an ice-free summer in the Arctic Ocean could affect efforts to keep global temperature change below 2 degrees Celsius.
The authors of the papers are González-Eguino, M., M. B. Neumann, I. Arto, I. Capellán-Perez, and S. H. Faria and it is published in Earth’s Future, a journal of the American Geophysical Union (AGU).
