Dr. Mikel Gonzalez - Eguino, member of TRANSrisk partner Basque Centre for Climate Change, was invited by the Department of economics and statistics of the University of Oldenburg to give a seminar lecture on the implications of the rapid Arctic change to the climate stabilization.
The lecture was mainly based on TRANSrisk report "D4.1: Economic implications of climate change" which was authored by TRANSrisk partner Basque Centre for Climate Change.
