The 9th issue of TRANSrisk Working Documents entitled "Green Innovation and Economic Growth in a North-South Model" has been published.
The issue is co-authored by Jan Witajewski-Baltvilks (IBS), and Carolyn Fischer (RFF). It indicates that the unilateral R&D policy promoting green technologies in one region may induce a switch of researchers from dirty to clean technologies also in other regions.
