TRANSrisk Working Documents, Issue 7: "Pobreza Energética e Impuesto a las emisiones de CΟ2 en Chile", June 2017

The 7^th issue of TRANSrisk Working Documents entitled "Pobreza Energética e Impuesto a las emisiones de CΟ₂ en Chile" has been published.

The issue is co-authored by Rodrigo Cerda (CLAPESUC) and Luis Gonzales (CLAPESUC). It estimates energy poverty rate of households in Chile based on data from the 2013 Family Budget survey for Chile.

It has been created within the framework of the TRANSrisk case study in Chile.
