H2020 Environment and Resources Info Days - Co-design: involving end-users and stakeholder, 9 November 2017, Brussels, Belgium

Date:
Thursday, 9 November, 2017 - 14:30 to 15:15

TRANSrisk participated at the Horizon 2020 Environment and Resources Info Days - Co-design : involving end-users and stakeholder, which was held on the 9th of November 2017, at the Charlemagne Building, in Brussels, Belgium.

TRANSrisk researcher Eise Spijker from Joint Implementation Network (JIN) presented the stakeholder engagement process which is implemented in TRANSrisk, and the gathered experiences. More particularly, it was highlighted that stakeholder engagement is different from communication and dissemination, and that H2020 projects may either have one stakeholder engagement task in each Work Package (WP), or a single WP dedicated to stakeholder engagement. Also, the used tools and methodologies, analysed in TRANSrisk report D2.1 Tools and Procedures for Engaging Stakeholders in TRANSrisk Case Study Analysis, as well as the internal stakeholder support to project partners, were presented.

The event's agenda and the delivered presentation is available below, while more information on stakeholder engagement procedures applied within TRANSrisk can be found at the respective results section.

Moreover, a recorded video of the event is available here.
