The 2nd issue of TRANSrisk commentaries entitled "COP22: A TRANSrisk Summary" has been published.
The issue is authored by Rocio Alvarez Tinoco (SPRU) and summarises the key issues and outcomes from COP22. More particularly, the commentary states that finance as well as capacity building constitute key issues on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Also, it outlines 4 outcomes that COP22 achieved.
