TRANSrisk Commentaries Issue 1: "The times they are a changin': Positive and Negative impacts of low-emission transitions in livestock farming, the energy sector, and cities", December 2016

The 1^st issue of TRANSrisk commentaries entitled "The times they are a changin': Positive and Negative impacts of low-emission transitions in livestock farming, the energy sector, and cities" has been published.

The issue is co-authored by Jenny Lieu (SPRU), Luis Gonzales-Carrasco (CLAPESUC), Timothy Suljada (SEI), Matthew Halstead (ECN), Eise Spijker (JIN), and Annela Anger Kraavi (CE). It refers to the participation of TRANSrisk to COP22 by the organisation of the side event "Assessing mitigation pathway risk and uncertainty: case studies in the Netherlands, Kenya and Chile". More particularly, the commentary briefly describes TRANSrisk case studies in the Netherlands, Kenya and Chile, and their relevance to the production of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
