TRANSrisk High Level Policy Event Low Carbon Pathways: Understanding Transition in Developing Countries, 30-31 October 2018, Nairobi, Kenya

TRANSrisk partner Stockholm Enviroment Institute (SEI) will organise the High Level Policy Event "Low Carbon Pathways: Understanding Transition in Developing Countries" on 30th & 31st October 2018, at the SEI Africa Centre premises within the World Agroforestry Center, in Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya.

The event will be a one-day workshop to share outcomes of the project with key stakeholders from the energy, environment and climate change sectors and will include representatives from government ministries, private sector, civil society, and researchers.

It will be followed with a field trip to Kenya’s Olkaria geothermal plant on 31st October where participants of the workshop will see first-hand the impressive geothermal development.
